I hope it is not.
Like Ronnie Biggs I feel a strange sympathy for Lord Lucan.
I know his "crime" was horrible but there has always been a sort of "Robin Hoodishness" about the whole thing.
If it is him or even if he is still alive he has more than served the sentence he would have got if caught and found guilty.
Anything now would smack of revenge and not punishment.
Only my opinion of course and I am used to being shouted down.
