It is an old newspaper saying that "Dog Bites Man" is not news but "Man Bites Dog" is news.

Seems to me that energy prices are going to rise falls into the same category........ Now if it were "Energy Prices Set to Fall" it would be news but rising prices?  noooo: That ain't news, that's what we are conditioned to expect.
