Malware woes

Picked up some malware from somewhere called mydomainename18 or summat. Have tried to download some anti malware things but the malware blocks them  cussing:

Any bright ideas??

Those porn sites....  noooo:

It is a nightmare - you have to try a random attack....

Malwarebytes, AVG free.... keep kicking it until it gives up....
