yes we got our 2%, but they are buttering our grade up with a one off payment of ?375 also

Sounds like a sweetner. What is it allegedly for?

Every year they discounted our pay rise to account for the non-contribrutory pension.  by the time I'd finished that amounted to 28%

Bloody expensive non-contributory pension  evil:  Would have been cheaper to have just saved up.
