What is it with idiots starting sentences with "I mean"?   Thankfully no one here does it but why do so many fuckwits on tele keep doing it?

I have a friend who says n that at the end of vitrually every sentance.
You find yourself waiting for it rather than listening to what she is saying.
Funnily enough I don't see her much anymore.
