On the subject of kebabs ..tonight lit the "real " (not gas )..BBQ ..(2 hours )
we had pork kebabs .....
BUT ...after buying pitta bread ..salid stuff .parsley .onion .meat ..etc ...plus charcoal ..firelighters ....
The local place sells pork kebabs cooked on coal for 4 euros ....
and I wouldn't smell like a bonfire ...
