Will it happen here whistle:

According to my farming friends it already has....... for livestock.
All cattle are tagged, Race horses are tattooed, sheep are tagged and all have "passports" to allow their movement to be tracked.
We await developments for Humans.

Or did you think that cows just like wearing earrings?
