Nod calls. My computer won't do anything. I can't open my e mail. And I can't use the intermong
Me: I have some time tomorrow morning. I can come round and have a look. What browser do you use?
Nod: Eh?
Me: IE, Chrome, Firefox?
Nod: What?
Me: OK, what antivirus have you got installed?
Nod: Eh?
Me: Do you ever run any maintenance programmes on it?
Nod: Um
Me: How old is it?
Nod: 9 years

I may have to take him shopping  noooo:
