Two issues.  One yours, and I'm sure we have 'spoken' of this matter before in another place.

The ?20k loss is my problem.  Having just lost a breach of contract action last week.   It's still hurting...  evil:

Not quite the same thing, but earlier this year I had to monitor someone here who had paid for an essay on the internet to be written/supplied and which would be included as part of a submission for a professional qualification. When it eventually arrived it was for a totally different subject - topic had not been specified precisely enough.
