Further toiletry gender mystery:
Bought some shower gel in Boots and noticed it said "For MEN" on the label. Asked the checkout lady if it was permissible for women to use it safely. She thought it was. She said that it probably said "For MEN" because most of the others in the range were for women. I asked if they would be safe for men to use. She ventured that they would.
I suggested that this was all a bit binary and, in these days of gender fluidity, Radox and others might be missing an opportunity. I asked whether, if I happened to have a transgender friend staying, it would be prudent to mix some of the "for MEN" stuff with some of the "for WOMEN" stuff in some appropriate ratio depending on their stage and direction of travel. She seemed uncertain.
I may write to Radox.
