You read that right!  lol:

Woke up at 4am in agony with swollen and extremely painful balls!  eeek:

Called the Urologist who said, "come now!" (snigger) so drove to Pafos and had a full ultrasound examination (all free under the new 'NHS' system)...

He reckons I must have 'twisted a tube' in my sleep but all clear now... On strong antibiotics in case of infection...

Christus, still in agony...  noooo:

Be careful out there chaps!  lol:
