What could this scrote possibly appeal on?
« on: December 03, 2007, 07:08:08 PM »
Just read this on the BBC website. What on earth is there that this inbred nearderthal scrote thinks will allow him to appeal against his sentence. Everything he did to her he did whilest being filmed and saying it would be good to upload to youtube?

Quote
A former soldier who urinated on a disabled woman as she lay dying on her doorstep is planning an appeal against his three-year prison sentence.
Anthony Anderson, 27, was jailed in October, after pleading guilty to outraging public decency.

Teesside Crown Court heard Christine Lakinski was also covered with shaving foam after she collapsed in Hartlepool.

The Court of Appeal confirmed a judge would consider whether an appeal could be made early next year.

Smoked cannabis

The court heard how, on 27 July, Miss Lakinski was making her way home with a box of laminate flooring when she fell ill and stumbled into a doorway.

Anderson had smoked a cannabis joint and been drinking when he and two friends spotted her.

He tried to rouse her by throwing a bucket of water over her, before urinating on her and covering her with shaving foam.

A crowd had gathered around, watching and laughing, and the incident was filmed on a mobile phone.

Miss Lakinski, 50, was later declared dead at the scene, the cause of death being given as pancreatic failure.

This is the situation you get when solicitors make the laws. Too wrapped up in their ivory towers to notice or in some cases even care that they are shafting the country just so that they can keep a steady flow of cases to maintain their lifestyle.

The laws should be made by the people who have been affected by crime, with advice coming from the solicitors. Then you would see a true fall in crime, not this massaging of the figures to make it look like the system works.
