Why cannot this man stop p*ssing about with such matters and get on with running the country efficiently? ~ We have a perfectly good Royal Family who do this sort of morale boosting visiting and do it very well.

I wonder if the patients were pre-selected? 

Otherwise it would be great if some of them said something along the lines of ‘if you hadn’t pissed billions away on Iraq and Northern Rock they could have cured cancer by now and I wouldn’t be here you obnoxious one eyed   ‘
