Just checking but do you only have the laptop or do you have a desktop computer as well?

Both.The laptop is now password protected (by me) and the PC is, usually ( )under lock and key,

Dont know if you can still get them but I remember once seeing removable hard drive caddy's for desktop pc's. If you can get one of those installed it wouldnt matter if he stole the keys to the office as the computer would be useless once you've pulled the drive out for the night.
