Well I've been to the hostible, seen the ENT man .... there is nothing shown on the scan to suggest that there is any physical cause for the tinitus so he is blaming the heart medication. Whilst there I blagged my way into the path dept for a blood test (GP wants it done but the hosp usually don't like doing them for the GPs and send you back to the practice nurse, who is useless at it and I end up with an arm full of holes and an empty test tube) and here I am back again ...... bet Mrs Nick is still faffing!

And now today I am back to the Hostable for a Cardiac Outpatient Appointment ... then on 7th April back again for a Diabetic Outpatient Clinic Appointment then on 29th May another Cardiac Outpatient visit to have the ICD downloaded. Why? NHS Why? ~ It's the same hospital, the same appointments clerk and the same fvcking department. Why cannot I just make a day of it once every three months?  Banghead

Well I'm back with a "recommended change of medication form" to take to my GP so that he can prescribe it. Bloody NHS ~ that's another morning wasted at the surgery ...... when I can get an appointment evil:

I just 'phoned the surgery ~ earliest pre-bookable is on 10th April .. but I can see the doctor on Monday, if I am lucky in the 0830 scramble for one of the 10 appointments available that day. If I am not successful then I must join the Tuesday 0830 lottery and so on.
This way "Nobody has to wait for an appointment to see their GP" Thanks Tony ~ you really pulled a fast one there!
