By the way, you learn summat knew everyday dont you? Did you know the black strip on the lollipop sign was for writing down the offending motorist number plate in chalk? Eh? Didya? 

Who writes the number plate on it when the lady has been flattened though? I mean the chalk could fly out of her pocket never to be seen again. Who'd do it then eh?
