I'm extremely lucky in that I do a job that I love. I have been in this particular role for 24 years now, I can honestly say that no two days have ever been the same in that time, and I've always said that the day that two days are the same, is the day I pack it in

I count my blessings

JOM - understood. Variety is indeed...

I don't understand how some of the ovine creatures in my building do the same thing, every day and still manage to draw breath unaided.

Still, at least they work.

Odd.

I only been back at work for last 8 yrs due to 17 yrs of being a full time mum, enjoying the purpose of the day thing and getting paid i must admit, although i have had 5 jobs in that time too! but like where i am now so will be sticking around for a bit. TG has been in his job for 31 years dedication or what! Pair of us gona be paupers as pensioners though as cant really afford to save due to paying everyday dam bills/rent etc! But recently seeing my workmate having to sell her dads home to pay his 500 a week care fees, is it worth having anything in old age as they only take it off you! or bloody tax you on everything  noooo:
Oh well one day i will win that lotto, gota live in hope hey!  sad24:

Agreed ~ you either need to have a lot of money (And I mean millions) or none at all. Anything in the middle and the b@st@rds swipe it to put you back with the have nots.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Very true, well my dad worked all his life, never had any savings as with having us five kids he couldent do it, when he got older he went into sheltered accom and in his last week of his life  a nursing home, all paid for because he dident have anything, but had paid his taxes etc like millions of others so they should get it! Its the lazy arses that sit on there arses and do sod all that makes me so mad, but dont get me started on that.. rubschin:

Aha! But you have never tried my Magic Turnips, famous in this house.

As you are related to my old chum TG, I can let you have one for just £20.

Treat it kindly and with respect and you will be rewarded in many ways.

Since I have been handling the Magic Turnips, I have acquired a Bentley and an estate in Marbella.  cloud9:
