The point is you are an honest man.

As I said way back, this woman is a chancer. How can she become 'frail' from a whiplash injury (supposedly) ?

I just hope your insurers make the effort to really contest the claim.

In this case there were no Nick-o-rays BM, if there were she would have been decapitated ending the issue.  whistle:
