Looks alarming doesn't it?
But the range
starts
at 4000. If the range started at zero then the fall would not look anything like as disastrous. Maybe there would have been less panic?

I have seen some of these graphs too. The scales and dimensions are all over the shop.It rather depends who is drawing them and for what purpose.
Having said that we are still fooked.
