Mr Brown becomes PM on 27 June
Chancellor Gordon Brown has promised to set out an "economic road map" to build peace in the Middle East.

He has lost the plot before he has even been given the script

Who does this guy think he is?

The Prime Minister designate.  That's who.

I am convinced that Blair's retreat day was carefully chosen - or put off - to coincide with a earth-shattering announcement of his next triumph and everybody has to just mark time until reality catches up with the actuality of the fact that he is gone.

Seeing as the 'Prime Minister' is too busy to even set foot in our country as he laps up the world adoration reserved for very special people that have lined many a posh pocket in the expectation of the reaping the fruits of all of those favours that we paid for.  He is no doubt advising everybody that will listen that he is the perfect person to become the founding world president.  He has the power to arrange transportation of all us ne'er-do-well's to mars where we can be put to work mining kryptonite to help maintain his superman status because he is taking all his databases on us with him when he goes.

As much as I dislike Gordon Brown... Some bugger has to remember that there's still a country to run.

Don't you think there may be an element of the School Bully is leaving the field early so that the new Bully can get himself set whilst still enjoying the protection of the outgoing Gang Leader.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Frankly No!  I believe the essence of a bully is to think of his own welfare first, second and last.

The only reason he is going is because he would be pushed out if he stayed. And the 'legacy' is everything to him,  if Gordon manages to full off a 'kiss me quick' stunt to cement his position, Tony will quickly claim it as a ready set up deal, if he doesn't, he'll be a failure from the start like John Major was. He never had a chance!

I am certain Tony is waiting for the gravy train to pass by so he can step gracefully on it to better things like it was intended by fate (or god) for him all along.

Tony has made Gordon wait the full term and then some, to honour his promise and - in my view - the timing will give him just enough time to become universally hated as the elections come around.

Then it will be Gordon that killed off Labour just as Major did for the Tories.  patsy is the expression I believe. That will leave the teflon Tony man the hero for posterity (er... Sorry. Of course, I meant to say Lord Teflon) and Gordo just the villain that broke it all, No wonder he has a problem with his mouth, it's all the swallowed curses over the years that did it.

I don't like Brown. Never have, probably never will, but I will be very interested to see how he deals with the betrayal once his hands are untied.  Who'll suffer, Tony (Lord Teflon) - or us?  My money's on us.

Brown has done the math ? he must realise that it is all downhill from here in the UK ? I?m not an economics expert (obviously) but labour?s decade of spend and waste must end in tears.

Gordo?s only hope of fulfilment is on the world stage, spending taxpayer?s money willy-nilly in bizarre acts of self aggrandisement. After all, he is safe in the knowledge that the media will not question if it is the right thing to do for fear of appearing racist ? just like the don?t question the billions of Dollars already spent and wasted in Africa.  noooo:
