No but boot cut trousers that are too short with silly boots sticking out beneath them making the wearer look as if she is wearing her little sister's clothing would certainly annoy me to the point that I would not be interested in what she had to say.
If you can't be bothered to make the effort to dress sensibly then why should I accept that you are going to say anything any more sensibly?
Make the effort to look the part and people will believe in what you say.
