Birthdays
« on: March 31, 2009, 09:55:40 AM »

Why does it always work out that the people you know have their birthdays clumped together to cause maximum inconvenience  evil:

March and April is a nightmare for me and then there is Septemeber and October. Loads of the sodding things all at the same time  noooo:

There are so many of the buggers that all inconveniently have their parties , drink ups and dinners all at the same bloomin time.  Plus which you have to batch buy presents - but that counts as shopping so is not too problematic  rubschin:

You should be able to nominate alternative, more convenient, dates for birthdays if it is a particularly busy time , or even if it falls on inconvenient days like Christmas or New Years Eve.

The Queen can have 2 - all I'm saying is have the 1 but at a time when I can enjoy it. It's not much to ask  lol:

slightly off topic but if the anarchist the BBC were interviewing this morning is anything to go by the revolution will be a bunch of people holding tea parties, retaking elevenses and organising interesting musical entertainment.  lol:
The universe is run by the complex interweaving of three elements. Energy, matter, and enlightened self-interest.
