Outlandish reasons for Mrs Nick chasing the school bus...

Whilst loading The Boy onto the bus her knicker elastic got caught on one of the mud flaps.  As she just happened to have a Swiss army knife about her person, rather than raising the alarm, she decided to rectify the situation herself at the same time as conducting an experiment into the elastic properties of Marks and Spencer's 'Finest' elastic.

As she gets quite confuddled in the mornings and has much to do with getting both her boys ready for the day she thought she had done quite well this morning.

However when she returned and she found the smaller of her boys shut out on the balcony with a packet of Marlborough  she realised she had made a grave error and went scuttling off after the bus.

lol: lol:  In her absence, smaller of boys (SOB) having finished the packet of Malborough, wishes to get back into the house, he ascertains that the best way to do this is to set fire to the balcony....Meanwhile on the bus...

She was late and had to chase the Skool Bus in the car. The Boy kept me updated by text message. It sounded chaotic
