I did apologise to the office gerl to be fair after i'd ranted at her, and explained that I did realise it wasn't her personalfault. I also congratulated for at least making the effort to get to work unlike some of her colleauges coleegs work mates
I asked if she was getting bombarded with angry residents?
Oh yes was the answer, unsuprisingly. ::)
