Not only do they send me a bill, two full colour brochures explaining how the spend the money but they compound the felony by sending a second copy of everything in fecking Welsh
And what are they most proud of? ~ The amount allocated to be spent on GREEN issues.
I have asked why they cannot send me just one copy in the language of my choice ~ apparently their interpretation of the Welsh Language Act says to do so would be illegal.
PS They are unable to tell me how much of the council tax is spent complying with the utterly futile attempt to force English residents to speak Welsh
