Lid tops, rolling and the great abyss

I have just taken the lid off of something and it slipped and fell on the floor. I have looked everywhere , lifted up furniture, been on my hands and knees and canI find the bloody thing ...not a chance  noooo:

How can it just disappear  whacky115

It will still work with the batteries inserted, as long as you bridge the gap with silver foil  whistle:

It wont be on the floor it will be underneath where you are sat!  But you will never find it until you stop looking for it! noooo:

I lost the lid off a Bertolli Olive oil spread once...dropped on the floor, never seen again  scared2:
