[serious] If she expects a confrontation, justified or not, because she has bent the car, it is human nature to avoid it if she can.
She will feel isolated and vulnerable in the knowledge that you will blow a gasket and confided in the kids for support as much as anything.
If you want non-human reactions, avoid women.
Next time you feel like having a big rant over a problem, stop for a moment and think how the recipient will feel.
