Bastard moneygrabbing plod!  cussing:

As reported earlier, got NIPped for doing 57 in a 50 zone.

Have now been offered a "speed awareness" course in place of the fine and the 3 points. It's £90  cussing:

For a saving of £30 is it worth doing the course?
Only if they also don't put the points on your licence in my view.
£30 is less than an hour's pay for you ..... not worth giving up a day's work for. noooo:

Bosses son went on one of those, he said the 'teacher' was very patronising & spoke to then as if they were little children.
He got done again 2 weeks later. lol:

It's a rip off. The courses are run by ACPO ltd, as a profit making venture for ACPO (The association of chief police officers), another unelected and unaccountable body !
