NHS managers exposed wasting our money on posh cars, wining and dining

The NHS is in a mess, no doubt about it, though much of the current debate about who is spending what and where to start to fix it all has me in a bit of a daze.
Then there's the news that those managers who work under the auspices of Strategic Health Authorities – the bodies which tell the NHS where to spend the money – are milking the system for all its worth with healthcare not even figuring in their world view.
Oh no, for these guys it's a world of lavish lunches, expensive away-days at stately homes and luxury motors as company cars.
Meanwhile, I was at a hospital recently and there was actually a pooh on the floor of the reception area – though someone had put one of those yellow plastic triangles near it to warn of the danger, no-one had bothered to clean it up.
