Easy-peasy ~ start with the left foot and right arm .... both go forward at the same time, then right foot and left arm, left foot and right arm and so on. Each step should measure 30 inches from toe of rear foot to heel of leading foot. Repeat this 120 times per minute and you'll be marching at the regulation rate for the RAF. This will enable you to cover 4 miles in an hour.

You'd be amazed how many cannot co-ordinate that basic. We (Drill Instructors) used to make them tuck their arms inside their belts until they got the feet right and then we let them use their arms too  ::)

When you have mastered that let me know and I'll teach you how to do more complicated things. whistle:

Here you are 700 movements with only one order given.
Yes I have done it ~ tell the Brat ~ she will be green with envy.

I think you will find that quadratic equations are part of Algebra....were you not paying full attention for those 5 years?

Ok - are you all ready for this. This is one of those moments that you never really think is going to happen.

I accept it is a rarity, that it may not happen again until the next eclipse  but , but , but The Brat has actually been a pleasure to spend time with tonight  eeek:

Obviously as you were too busy scoffing for two you took your mind off of the Brat, so now you think she is not that bad after all.

Note to oneself....buy shares in M&S, then inform social services that "it is a family saver".....there could be big bucks in this.  rubschin:
