Before paying £1 a minute + to talk to them have you tried un-installing the printer and then reinstalling it? Usually werks unless the printer is fvcked in which case buy a new one.

Meanwhile the post leaves here at 16.45 so let me know before then if you want me to send the printed document to you.

1. Is it connected to the computer and switched on?
2. Has it been installed?
3. Did you buy paper?

Never bother with the helpdesk Nick, just go onto their website. Check the support/download section and download the relevant drivers directly.

Openoffice has a plugin that allows you to import and modify PDS files..  whistle:

Other than that google a converter.
