Door stoppers
« on: July 19, 2011, 07:16:00 PM »

There is wet stuff falling from the sky  so as a Big Society Citizen what do you decide would be the most reasonable and sensible course of action ?

Yes that's it .....get out of the exit of the tube / train station and then just stop dead. Whatever you do you must not get a droplet on you.

Meanwhile the carnage behind you of people backing up and trying to get round you to actually get some where becomes messy and aggressive.

The same with shop door ways. There is the entrance / exit - I know I will stand directly outside it ( preferably with a pushchair or shopping trolley) to ensure maximum coverage from that evil precipitation  noooo:

Gimme a gun today someone will you  evil:

See also stoopid ejits who stop at the bottom / top of the escalator to wonder where they are and rearrange their luggage  evil:

See also stoopid ejits who cannot comprehend that it makes SENSE to allow people to vacate the carriage / bus / lift before you get on... think about it ... less space inside, more space outside  ::)

A friend of mine works at the airport in Paphos. The locals never want to pay car parking charges, they get the first 20 minutes free and get charged after that. So when they get to the barrier (without paying) to let them out of the carpark they are not allowed out. As is the norm lots of arm waving and shouting ensues....but they are still refused to be let out until they pay.

By this time a huge queue has formed behind them and they cannot/refuse to move their car. In the end they saunter over to the pay terminal and part with their money. However, the poor soles sat in the queue behind the obnoxios bastard have been waiting and their tickets have now been 'timed out'. So when they get to the barrier the machine will not accept their tickets as 'more money is due', it is not their fault that one idiot has held them up. As you can imagine tempers get somewhat frayed...all thanks to one arsehole.
