So am I missing the point here or is M & S now turning itself into a Oxfam distribution centre ?
Why would you take your old clothes to M & S when you buy something new ? There is no discount ( however small ) for doing this. This requires you then to take whatever clothes you want to get rid of with you when you go shopping
Most people when they have a clear out take it to their local charity shop , I can't see how this incentivises anyone to haul it to you local M & S .
Am I being stoopido ?
