Has anyone told these numpties that in North Wales schools have a catchement area of many square miles.
"Oh that's alright boyo you just have to walk across two mountains, through the valley in between then a mile along the A55 and you'll be at the "local" village school".

Why can they not let us lead our lives and get on with making the f*cking buses run on time ~ better yet making sure there are decent teachers at the schools when the children get there. That's what I pay taxes for not stupid advice. evil:

Bring back PE and Sports lessons at schools, reduce the school central heating a couple of degrees, ban breakfast cereals (HAVE YOU SEEN WHAT'S IN THEM?), STOP selling off playing fields ~ there is so much they could be doing but they'd rather spend money on daft reports like these.

The Institute for European Environmental Policy is at:

18 Avenue des Gaulois
B-1040 Brussel
Belgium

You couldn't make it up could you?
The Environmental Policy for Europe is being decided in "Woodbine" Avenue.
