Bathroom should have its own TV tile screen. Phone is good but for receiving calls only. A Hyatt hotel I know of has a bloody ethernet socket by the loo
. Idealy Wifi should not work in the bathroom.
And why I may ask only one bathroom? We once had one with two AND a walk-in dressing room (for just $59 - long story) and Mrs K feels that should now be the standard.
Safe is getting to be an essential but must be able to take a notebook AND iPad AND proper camera

3 (Bed, Bog and Bath/Shower) that are clean and work and suitably private
Ability to phone (hotel owners that jam mobile phones should be shot - repeatedly)
No cockroaches crawling all over your alarm clock (another story)
No lizards crawling across the ceiling (same story)
Clean floor
Good lighting
Hotel supplied and replenished flannels
Walls thick enough to not hear everything in the next room
Somewhere to put your toothbrushes
Somewhere to store and hang clothes
Working space and yes space in the bathroom
Safe
WiFi
Decent free paper hankies
Hairdryer
Fridge
TV as long as the bloody remote works
Somewhere to sit
Dressing gowns
Cooking space and stuff
In room coffee maker (who'd ever really trust them))
