He will get the job done, it won't be pretty and some of his choices will be controversial, but it's definitely a good move.

Yep as long as we don't aspire to winning competitions

You have to respect what he's achieved at clubs with limited resources but then you have to look at how well West Ham did after he left.  But when the other option was Steve Bruce it's an easy decision
