Discharge ordered, how long that takes to happen depends on the local council getting a care package arranged. Doctors here have arranged one last CT scan so I'm not hopeful it'll be today or over the coming weekend. Still fingers crossed. The trouble with getting old is that once the doctors get hold of you they find lots of other problems which they tell me they are obliged to investigate. That's what has been happening the past week and as an outpatient going forward. the vertigo and nausea that put me here has not returned, so am I "cured"? I can see this happening again It's like taking your car in for an engine problem, they insist on looking at the tyres etc and even worse if you get an electrician in Hope you get your scan and release todayDon't mention cars The Brat took her car into the garage on Monday to get a small dent and scratches fixed She was told 3 day job . Tried ringing them yesterday and left message no response. She has been down there this morning and they have said they have sent it to their 'bodywork ' garage a bit further away. They are trying to get hold of someone there but he is not answering She had a stand up row in the office with them saying that she shouldn't be having to chase her care, they should be communicating with her and letting her know of delays etc , they are not doing her any favours she is paying for a service etc and if they can't update her on her car she will report it stolen and it was left in their car and they cannot account for it etc Strangely enough they have just said the car will be ready today and they will phone her 'later' .She is planning on returning at 5pm and staging a sit in if its not I told her to check the brake lines if she gets it back today Enjoy your full MOT and Service Unc
