Memo to all staff:

I see Richard Branson has come up with a real good answer to the threatened strike in support of a pay claim from his staff. 5000 personal letters saying "If you don't like it you don't have to work for me".
Gladdens my heart does that.
I once told an employee of the company I worked for "If you don't like my decsions the job centre is open until 5 this evening so shut up or f*ck off" He tried to take it to a tribunal ~ silly sod lost that as well. whistle:
