Quote
In a written Commons statement, Mr Denham said the review by the Student Loans Company had found that 154 prisoners had received £560,000 in maintenance loans and £160,000 in grants.

So prisoners, housed at our expense, are also claiming addiotnal loans and grants for doing course AND GETTING THE CASH!!

What the devil is going on?

Meanwhile university students with the same loans and grants have to feed, clothe and house themselves and build up debts!
