I read in the paper today that the murderer of young Rhys has been named tons of times on YouTube, it's taken me less than a minute to find a video and comments naming him. Why are the ploice not acting on this..?

You need to read the comments underneath in yoof-speak.

Berek is still failing to address the basic need for evidence and/or testimony to bring a case. I could get twelve people to ring Crimewatch and say it was Lord Lucan.
