A friendly bank?
« on: April 20, 2008, 08:08:20 AM »
I got one 'ell of a shock yesterday.  eeek: A letter from my business account bank...the Co-ee.
"Dear Mr Growler. To celebrate your 1st anniversary with us, and as a way of saying thank you for your loyalty, we've credited your account with £25, and will continue to do so every year that you remain with us"

Wouldn't mind, but I've only paid 1 cheque in! That's the credit balance doubled now then. cloud9:

Gift bearing Greeks avoid by a mile
Never trust the grin on a crocodile
Banks and friendly as a concept don't gell
Take my advice, grab their money and run like h*ll
