What's it all about, and why am I getting it?

It doesn't make sense. What's the point of it, as it's illegible crap?
 It's just a bit of a tiresome nuisance more than anything else, but if it was advertising something 'tasty' it would be more understandable tbh.

I can't even block the sender as it's coming via my dedicated e mail address on me website, so in essence, it's coming from meself!
