P'uter crashed this morning.
Thought it was this 'thing', so proceeded to clear me cache, switch of the firewall etc etc just to try and log on. Rang the helpline as instructed, cus it just wouldn't have it. Couldn't get through due to "high volume of customer enquiries. Please try later"

5 hours later and tried again, and recorded message informs me that their server or summat had bust and their egineers had the matter in hand.

This is the 4th time this year this has happened, funnily enough since they were taken over by Car Phone Warehouse. Previous 5 years have been fine.

Think it's time to change.

Its probably worth having a look at business tariffs. A lot of colleagues use them because they get a better download limit plus a lot of them are only month to month contracts so if they spot a better deal they can cancel them easily.

You could become the punctuation police for the site and use it as the naughty corner Darwin..  whistle:

(Yes I know that the spelling is off but the pronunciation fits.)
