Word 2007 / Printer problem
« on: March 16, 2009, 09:40:32 PM »
OK. I can't work this one out and it's nothing to do with the £2 per pint Young's today.

Mrs TMR (to be) has a HP laptop running Office 2007 (cheers Tel!) and we recently bought a lovely HP wireless printer/fax/scanner thing. Both her laptop and mine installed the software seemlessly.

Printing off some of her Word documents reveals odd lines of text that only prints off the top half of the letters and sometimes merges letters from one line into the line below. If she send me the document and I print it, it works fine - I'm running office 2003 (cheers Tel!) and it works fine. Times New Roman font at all times.

It's not the printer, neither is it Excel or Powerpoint - they all print fine. It appears to be solely Word 2007.
