Just read one of them - from a bodyguard  eeek:  WTF !!!!  Trained in guns , guns, and guns. Hobbies and pastimes - shooting, clay and 'other'  shrugs: ...mmmm worth an interview do you think  noooo:

Well he could be useful in making the original moron 'disappear'...  whistle:

He was an agency member of staff so therefore didn't have to go through months of disciplinary action .

Ain't it a barsteward. My week of highs and lows... had to take two new staff on on Monday, four out of the six were great intervewees,  cloud9:  but had to say no to two of them.  Banghead  Find out two present staff have been less than honest about what they have (or rather haven't) been doing. Commence investigation  Banghead

Today, interviewing for two different posts, take one on, cloud9: take one on that I had to say no to on Monday  cloud9: ... come out of interviewing, suspend the two idiots from Monday  cussing: then drag three in for suspected cocaine abuse (tip off). Human Remains Resources say we may just give them a warning on this occasion. What sort of message does it send to me, my supervisors and to the tossers colleagues  cussing: cussing: cussing:

Is the warning advised because the evidence is a tip off and could be a personal vendetta etc ???

If you had more substantive proof presumably they could be sent home until the outcome of any disciplinary investigation ??

The warning is being suggested as a so called punishment against those that have been doing sod-all (

We have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs, no action has been taken yet against those suspected of taking drugs, samples have been taken off them today, we await results before taking action if necessary. Given the above, no doubt HR will get all touchy feely about helping them

All this keeps me from doing some of the stuff I should be doing, but it's good to get it off my chest in here
