Resignations

It seems that the A/C of the Met, namely one Mr Quick has tendered his resignation following the incident yesterday when a sensitive document concerning an operation to arrest suspected terrorists, was on view and was photographed by journalists.  A fairly honourable thing to do IMHO.

Our wonderful Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith  sick2: (an honest fine upstanding woman) has stated that she appreciates his actions.  It is a pity that she does not follow his lead and also do the decent thing. I will gladly be the first in the queue offering her a large sword, I would also gladly give her a shove in the back to aid her in doing the honourable thing! cussing: cussing:

Quick should have resigned ages ago tho...

As for Smith, she should be hanged along with the other six hundred and summat...  cussing:
