Hype and spin
« on: August 22, 2009, 09:07:58 AM »
I had an e mail this morning via LinkedIn.

It informs me that my nephew in California has a new job. This is good, as he was made redundant last year, has five kids and pays extortionate alimony to his ex.

It appears he is now President and Chief Executive of xxxxxxxxx GLobal Corporation! Excellent!

I look it up.

I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
