Bloody incompetent solicitors!
« on: January 06, 2010, 08:51:21 AM »
Arrghh my solicitor has just sent me a chasing letter , because she is getting hassled by the other parties solicitor. She is asking me to answer questions which I answered at least two months ago.  To say that I am in a fury is an understatement. Banghead Banghead Explode:

If solicitors and doctors were any good would they still be practicing?

Phone and blast the silly beggar.

Done.  I am now printing off the hard copy to send to the silly bint.  Up until now she has been on the ball.

In order to maximize income they take on too much work. They are trained and most do keep good files BUT when busy they tend to rely on memory rather than stop to look things up. That is when the silly and annoying errors creep in.
