I'd like to nominate this MP for the "wanker of the week" award.

Handshaking is, in his opinion an "unnecessary, unhygienic, germ-spreading intrusion". And furthermore "oafs use them to prove the strength of their personalities with bone-crushers".

"They should be summoned for assault."
