Oh what he said.  It was you having the dizziness no one else.
It's better than I ever even knew.  They say that the world was built for two.  Only worth living if somebody is loving you.  Baby now you do.

DO NOT patronise me. I absolutely hate it. cussing:
There is fuck all wrong with me imo. These so called bloody experts are only in it for the money, receiving BIG bungs off the pharmaceutical companies to promote their shite.

Growler, that could be true. What is definitely true is that you are getting "extreme dizziness". FFS get it looked at

Thanks JOM, but it's a lot better today, so whatever it is/was seems to have nearly buggered off now.
A day in me 'ills will finish it off completely I feel.

As I say, I do actually know what the quack would say anyway ::)

Big Bad Growler is scared of doctors  point:

That is actually not far off the truth, truth be known.
Scared is a bit strong tbqath, but a very strong hatred and overwhelming desire to avoid any medical institution at virtually any cost is a fairly accurate assessment, yes.
Hospitals are an extreme no no to me. Nowt but bad sad and frightening experiences of them.

Are you losing weight but still eating normally? Are you thirsty a lot of the time? It could be diabetes (Type 2) as those plus sudden dizzy spells were my symptoms four years ago when the diagnosed me. Pop into Boots .... most larger branches will do a simple and very quick blood test (Just a finger prick) and give you an instant answer. If not pop in here when passing and I'll let you use my test kit. I have to check my blood sugar levels every day.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

I've had my suspicions of exactly that several times now, but the tests say negative so far.

Not really losing weight though tbh...unfortunately, fat...ish bastard that I am. evil:
8 mile walk through the Clwydian 'ill's from the north side of Moel Arthur up to me own 'ill today. cloud9:
